Starting now, you can access a new version of the Refinery89 Publisher Dashboard that’s packed with highly innovative features to optimize your monetization strategy. As our tech and UX team puts it: welcome to a new version of our user-centric dashboard! You are in for a treat!
What are the new Dashboard features?
Our revamped Dashboard will allow you to check your top insights at first glance, easily review the Ads.txt Manager + MCM status of all your sites at the same time, keep a record of your invoice history, and send tickets for technical support in seconds.
Let’s have a look at each of these features:

Dashboard Overview: Find your top metrics at first glance
When you enter the Dashboard, you’ll find your most relevant insights right off the bat. These are:
- Your earnings: Check how much revenue you’ve made as soon as you access the platform and compare your income by day, week or month.
- Top pages: Find out which places on your site your users are visiting the most. This could help you identify the relevant pages for your audience, so you can improve your content and user experience.
- Top countries: Discover the countries where your content is trending the most. Maybe there are new places to explore in your next strategy.
- Key Metrics: Compare your impressions, CPM, monetizable pageviews, revenue, RPM, and viewability over a period of time.

Revenue tab: Review a full breakdown of your website’s insights
Need a full breakdown of all your valuable metrics? Then this is the tab for you.
In the revenue section of the Dashboard, you’ll find a visual overview of your revenue, viewable performance, pageview per session, and monetized pageviews.
Scrolling down a little bit you’ll come across a data table including your revenue and other metrics, which can be customized to show only the metrics you care about the most. You can save your filters for easy access whenever you need them.
Of course, you can export all these insights for further analysis to help prepare your strategy for maximum revenue!

Finances tab: Keep all your invoices in one place.
Check all your billing history and download the invoices to your own devices anytime you want. Here you can stay up to date with your finances by keeping track of your payments’ status and the amount of money you receive each time you get paid.

My site tab: Check the Ads.txt Manager + MCM status of all your websites at the same time.
Let us show you something nifty. By visiting the “My Site” tab you’ll encounter a card, for each of the websites you manage, with an indicator of the status for your Ads.txt management and MCM progress, where applicable. This way you can check the status of all your sites simultaneously. The Dashboard will let you know if everything is up-to-date or if there are any errors and what you can do to solve them.
Here’s a little extra for you: You can use our hosted Ads.txt file to avoid errors! By doing this you’ll be sure the latest updates from our database are always live in your Ads.txt file. This way you’ll manage all your personal Ads.txt entries through our dashboard and no longer have to manually update the file.
You can make changes in the section “Manage ads.txt“ to include any other lines you might need. Otherwise, if you want to add lines to a self-hosted file, you can scan and validate the file to be alerted of any issues.

Support Tab: Easily request help from our experts!
You know that at Refinery89 we are always here for you. Now you’ll be able to reach out to us for assistance through the Dashboard in just one step.
At the bottom right of the Dashboard you’ll see a chat icon. Here you can quickly request support just by filling out the details of your issue. Once you submit it, one of our experts will be in touch with you as soon as they can. When the ticket is sent, you can check its status on the support tab.
Need to clear any other doubts? You can also find in the Support Tab a “Help” section that grants you access to a series of frequently asked questions that may come in handy.
How to access the new Dashboard?
To get your hands on the latest Dashboard update, all you have to do is access your Refinery89 Publisher Dashboard here from your desktop or mobile if you already have our Single Tag or the Monetize App SDK solutions. You’ll notice it’s already changed. In case you can’t see the new version yet, there is a switch at the top right of your screen. Just turn it on to get the insights party started!
