We are excited to announce that Isabel Flores, our VP of Sales Spain & LATAM at Refinery89, has been appointed as the new Leader of the Programmatic Group at IAB Spain.

As the new Leader of the Programmatic Group, Isabel will take on the responsibility of driving the Group’s initiatives forward and encouraging active participation among its members. She will also oversee the sharing of programmatic advertising benefits across the entire ecosystem by developing various high-value resources.

Isabel, currently VP Sales Spain & LATAM at Refinery89 and an AdTech leader, has over 11 years of experience in the programmatic ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with agencies, advertisers, publishers, and technology platforms. She has also played a key role in driving digital transformation within companies, with a focus on innovation, transparency, and sustainable growth.

“I am very happy to contribute to the development of the programmatic industry in Spain. I’m gladly committing to foster collaboration among members. Also driving valuable projects, and maintaining effective communication with IAB Spain and the wider ecosystem. In this new role, I want to help build a Group that is dynamic, participatory, and aligned with the current challenges of the sector.” – says Isabel.

IAB Committees are forums for participation whose members are responsible for developing, defining, and regulating specific aspects of digital advertising. To do so, they create various resources such as studies, white papers, and infographics. All together, they aim to provide comprehensive information that supports professionals in the ecosystem in maximizing their efforts.

The Programmatic Group is part of the Data & Activation Commitee. It consists of a group of leading companies in the market that are members of IAB. Its members help deepen the understanding of the benefits of programmatic advertising. Some of them include transparency, real-time optimization, precise targeting, brand sustainability, media efficiency, among many others.

Isabel takes on this position with enthusiasm and strong commitment. With remarkable dedication, she will keep the Group at the forefront of innovation. This includes leading the evolution of measurement, sustainability, and quality standards. At the same time, she commits to maintain an ongoing communication among the different members and associates of IAB Spain. She will ensure alignment, active collaboration, and the promotion of joint initiatives within the digital ecosystem.
