The Brief

During the Football (soccer) World Cup, we managed a series of campaigns for MediaMarkt, focusing on their premium TV brands LG, Samsung and TCL.

These campaigns were designed to increase engagement and create awareness about their exclusive TV brands and special offers across the Benelux market throughout the World Cup.

The Approach

Using our Interest-Driven Targeting solution, we didn’t just focus on general football fans. We went one step further, homing in specifically on World Cup enthusiasts within our network. We then directed customized ads to these users, who had shown a clear interest in the World Cup.​

For the campaign, we launched Elastic Native ads, offering detailed insights into the products’ benefits in an engaging long-form format. Following that, Direct Native ads were used to drive conversions. These ads retargeted those users who had shown an interest in the Elastic Native ads, using eye-catching visuals and clear calls-to-action to guide them to the website.​
