We are thrilled to announce that Julien Mosse has joined Refinery89 as our new Chief Revenue Officer. Julien will lead our global revenue growth and international expansion across key European and Latin American markets.

In his role, Julien will oversee our Publishers, Brands & Agencies, AdTech Partnerships, and Marketing divisions, focusing on revenue growth opportunities in line with our vision to expand into high-value markets.

Julien’s career has been defined by scaling high-growth digital advertising organizations and driving profitability, including leading global operations at Ligatus and then Outbrain (now Teads), as well as pursuing his entrepreneurial side as the founder of Edisound, a pioneer in podcast distribution. He brings deep expertise in building cross-border sales organizations, strategic M&A, tech partnerships, and delivering performance across complex media landscapes.
