We add value between digital publishers and advertisers and currently empower 500+ incredible websites with a reach over 4.5B+ ad request per month in Benelux and are growing rapidly. What are we looking for?

Our perfect new Sales Executive has 1 to 2 years of sales experience and is super eager to work and make a mark in a quickly growing and fast paced scale-up with 200% YoY growth. You are responsible for the entire sales and prospecting process and have the freedom to deliver profitable results in the way you see fit. You will be researching, prospecting and qualifying leads during which you will learn everything about the company and technology. After a quick 1 or 2 months you will have the skills to craft personalized propositions, resolve buyer objections and negotiate terms to… CLOSE!

You have experience in sales and / or marketing and are looking to increase your salary, your commissions and grow your sales talent quickly. Finding new contacts and building relationships within agencies and companies doesn’t scare you, in fact, it fuels you. Closing a deal, start to finish, within 24 hours makes you feel like a winner.

You will be primarily responsible for generating new business from media agencies, advertisers and other digital media buyers for our ad inventory. You have amazing interpersonal skills, are likeable and will spend most of your day in touch with leads and clients; (video) calling, personal meetings, lunches or drinks, sending convincing e-mails or networking at industry events.

To continue our exponential growth, the tasks of the Sales Executive will vary but generally include:

  • Prospect, develop and close business with a wide range of agency and advertiser accounts to increase our campaign count
  • Become a trusted contact and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects and clients in a large and diverse portfolio built by yourself
  • Interact with prospects daily in person, via e-mail or by phone
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure campaign KPI’s are met
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction through excellent service and communication
  • Consistently set and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Run demo’s and give presentations
  • Craft or optimize convincing sales decks, rate cards and personalized value propositions
  • Be a brand ambassador of Refinery89 in the market. Go to events like skiing trips and award shows to network with our business partners

You are an energetic and pro-active person who has knowledge of the online media and advertising world or is eager to learn this in a short time. A can-do mentality is what made our company grow fast and is something we look for in our new Sales Executive. Having proven sales skills and a deep understanding of prospecting and relationship building will make you excel in this business.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate the features of a range of products into sales opportunities
